Homeless, not hopeless.

Serving as a “point of entry” for those with housing needs.

The Appalachian Regional Coalition on Homelessness (ARCH) is HUD's Continuum of Care Program for 8 counties in Northeast Tennessee. Our mission is to organize, facilitate, and provide homeless services in our region by coordinating front line service providers and collaborating with community partners.

We stand against racism and racist systems.

At ARCH we believe in social justice and racial equality, and we condemn institutions whose policies and practices lead to injustice and hate.
