2026 Homeless Point-in-Time Count

The ARCH Continuum of Care Annual Homeless Point-in-Time Count for the NE Tennessee counties starts at sundown on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Written materials and enumeration training video are located at https://archcoc.org/pit-counts. Additionally, there are on-line training sessions scheduled for the 12th and 20th (see calendar). For those that prefer or cannot make an on-line training session may watch the training video in the above link (should be posted on the 8th).
